There was a time when I thought I knew exactly where my life was headed. I had a goal: become a mental health therapist.
However, once I was in grad school, things didn’t feel right. Everything felt too clinical, too distant—like we were just ticking boxes rather than truly helping people. It left me feeling disconnected, both from the work and from myself.
That’s when I discovered coaching. For the first time, I found a way to connect with people on a deeper, more human level. It wasn’t about diagnoses or rigid plans; it was about partnering with people, seeing them as whole, and helping them create meaningful change.
That shift brought me back to life, and now, it’s what I do every day—helping others who feel stuck or uncertain find their way back to themselves.
My coaching is built on a simple idea: we all have the power to live a life that feels true to us.
For me, that means being authentic, experiencing true connection, and creating inner peace—things I try to bring into every conversation and every session. I’m here to support you, not tell you what to do.
My role is to help you figure out what feels right for you and give you the space to grow at your own pace.
